How Our Products Are Made

Most Lucid Creations products are made to order, which means each piece is produced after your order is placed. This helps reduce waste and allows the shop to offer artwork across apparel, blankets, wall art, accessories, journals, and decor.

Shipping Times

Because many items are made fresh after you order, please allow time for both production and shipping:

Production time: Typically 2–7 business days depending on the product.
Shipping time: Varies by location and shipping method selected at checkout.

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

Because many products are made to order, returns and replacements are accepted in the following cases:

The item arrived damaged or defective
The wrong item was received
There was a production or printing error

If you experience any of these issues, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue and your order number.

Non-Returnable Items

Because made-to-order products are created specifically for each order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. Please review sizing charts carefully before ordering.
